Westchester Modular Homes, Inc., an Employee Owned Company headquartered in Wingdale, NY was established in 1986 and is celebrating its 35th Anniversary of producing high-quality modular construction with over 7,900 homes delivered. To meet the rising demand of housing in the Northeast market, the founders of Westchester Modular Homes recognized the benefits of constructing homes in a climate-controlled factory with a highly skilled staff that operates 12 months a year. Building efficiently in a weather-protected environment with on-time delivery and cost controls is the basis of Westchester’s success. Compared with other methods of building, modular construction has made systems-built housing one of the fastest growing segments in the housing industry.
