About Home of the Month & Application Requirements
We know how many incredible modular homes are out there. Help us to let the rest of the world know about this innovating industry
The Modular Home of the Month showcase is an opportunity for MHBA member companies to display their projects to contractors, developers, owners, students and more. MHBA will select one home each month to be featured on our social media outlets and on our website.
If your project is selected for Home of the Month, you will be receiving FREE promotion for your company and the home's builder or manufacturer, as well as helping to promote the modular home building industry to potential end users.
MHBA features our Homes of the Month in the following locations:
If your home is selected for Home of the Month, you are also eligible to MHBA's Home of the Year, recognized at the MHBA Annual Conference
There are no budget or size minimums/maximums for Home of the Month, we simply want to showcase the industry's work!
Have this information on hand before you begin this application:
- Your information, as the applicant
- the home's completion date
- the home's location
- the home's builder
- the home's manufacturer
- any affiliates
- Square Footage
- Number of Stories
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms
- Other info on the home, Can include features, backstory, or other relevant and interesting information to a potential buyer of modular homes
- At least 6 photos of the home (including exterior, interior, and floor plans)
