I have been building high-end custom homes since 1973 and modulars since 1989.  I have built close to 500 homes of all types as well as commercial buildings and buildout and residential renovations, some with modules.  I have been exclusive with Apex Homes of PA LLC since 1993.  I have had a number of homes featired in magazines, both stick built and modulars.

The Modular Building Company, Inc is a custom builder of modular homes in Maryland. I have been building modulars for 28 years and have been a builder for 44 years.
