Steven R. Snyder, Attorney at Law provides legal representation to the commercial and residential modular construction industry. Steve Snyder has been primarily in private practice on his own since 2009. Prior to entering full time private practice in 2009, Steve served as the Executive Director, Lobbyist, and Legal Counsel for the Modular Building Systems Association where he represented the residential modular industry's legislative, regulatory and legal affairs for over 17 years. Today, much of Steve's practice involves representing residential and commercial modular manufacturers, builders and dealers throughout the eastern US. Steve also has specific expertise in state sales and use tax as it relates to the modular industry. Steve's law practice also includes, Civil Litigation, Construction Law - residential and commercial, Mechanical Liens, Contract Law - Drafting and Reviewing Agreements, Breach of Contract Litigation, Occupational Health and Safety (Employer), Land Development, Land Use & Zoning Law, Transportation Law - Trucking and Sales and Use Tax related to the Modular Industry.
