Singleton Designs, LLC specializes designs for "Smart Sized" homes with 'boxes' that can be shipped on pickup truck towed flatbed 'deck-over' trailers in compliance with D.O.T. limits of 8.5' wide and 13.5' high. Designed to be built as rough, structural modules (including the floor system, walls, stairs, roof, windows, and ext. doors) and economically shipped to locally permitted building sites where they can be added to the foundation, and completed with local labor and materials under the local permit inspection process.
