The MHBA National Modular Housing Conference is the most comprehensive meeting anywhere for modular home builders, architects, engineers, developers, and suppliers. The Modular Home Builders Association provides professionals in residential modular construction a place to network, exchange ideas, learn from experts, discuss issues, and grow professionally. We are pleased to host the conference at Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles from November 16 -18, 2026. This event features reporting on association activities, educational sessions, exhibitors, a state-of-the-art industry presentation, networking opportunities, and an awards dinner to recognize the year's best modular homes.
