Our team prepares your lot, builds a foundation, and builds, delivers, and installs your home in just a few months, much faster than a site-built home. Unlike a mobile or manufactured home, our cottages are real property – they’re permanently placed, and there’s no way to tell that the house wasn’t built on site.
