Affinity Modular - Operating since 2009, our Lakeland, Georgia plant has provided high-quality modular homes to a trusted network of builders across the Southeast. In 2023, we became part of Vantem's U.S. expansion, an exciting milestone that expanded our capabilities, increased our production capacity, and introduced new innovations to the modular housing market.

Today, the Affinity Modular plant builds our dedicated single-family modular home solution, offered across eight Southeastern states through a growing network of authorized builders and developers. We are a vertically integrated partner, having our own in-house Engineering department, and have a sister company, Vault Transportation, that helps facilitate projects from start to finish, with transportation logistics.

To date, we’ve built more than 1,300 Affinity homes, delivering over 2.5 million square feet of energy-efficient, code-compliant, comfortable living space to satisfied builders and their homeowners.
