Skyline Investor Group LLC is developing a subdivision called Quail Creek Country in New Haven, Indiana. The community consists of 167 lots as well as a clubhouse, open areas for residents and two ponds on the property. There are 21 homes currently I the community as of August, 2023. The remaining lots will have homes installed over the next few years.
