Design Build, located in Geneva NY, is refining the process of homebuilding by combining the traditional neighborhood development design using modular build homes. Design Build's first community, Bay View, has 92-home lots with walking trails and two ponds. We prepare the site and facilitate the modular home building process to turnkey for our customers.
