Vote for the 2026 MHBA Home of the Year!

Each year, MHBA's Home of the Month program recognizes outstanding examples of residential modular construction. Now it's time to select the 2026 Home of the Year winners!

Review the 12 Home of the Month honorees from September 2025 through August 2026 and vote for your favorite home in each of two categories: Under 2,500 Sq. Ft. and Over 2,500 Sq. Ft.

How to Vote:

  • Each nominated home is listed with a photo, project details, and a brief description.
  • Click on any home's photo to visit its Home of the Month feature page for additional information.
  • At the bottom of each category, select your favorite home using the multiple-choice voting options.
  • Cast your vote in each category and submit your selections at the end of the form.

Two Home of the Year winners will be recognized during the 2026 National Modular Housing Conference, November 16–18, in Washington-Dulles.

Voting closes on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 5 PM ET.
