Description

This site tour is part of the MHBA’s 2025 National Modular Housing Conference. Registration for the conference is required to participate. Attendance is limited to 50 participants, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Experience modular innovation in action as you explore two of Module’s standout projects in the Pittsburgh area. This guided tour provides a behind-the-scenes look at how high-performance, all-electric modular homes are designed, built, and delivered — combining cutting-edge efficiency with real-world community impact.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with Module’s team and gain insight into the design, manufacturing, and installation processes that define the future of modular housing.

1:00 PM – Shuttle departs The Landing Hotel
1:30 PM – Module’s Site Tour & Discussion
3:00 PM – Return shuttle departs site
3:30 PM – Arrive back at The Landing Hotel
