As President Trump begins to implement tariffs on China, Canada, Mexico, and other countries, modular builders must be prepared to navigate the impacts and challenges the industry is facing. The results of these tariffs could trigger sharp price hikes, disrupt supply chains, and lead to material shortages—posing serious risks to project timelines and budgets.
